Coach Adam "Ace" Hayes is a dynamic force in the world of youth basketball and community mentorship. As the Executive Director and founder of Hey Young World, Inc., he brings his lifelong commitment to both the game and his Roxbury community to the forefront of his work. After graduating from Larinburg Institute in 2000, where he honed his skills against some of the nation's top players, Adam channeled his passion for basketball into a mission to uplift and inspire the young people in his hometown. His dedication goes beyond the court, aiming to make a profound and lasting impact on the lives of local youth through his mentoring and leadership.

Driven by a commitment to give back, Coach Hayes focuses on teaching the game of basketball and guiding inner-city youth towards success both on and off the court.  He aims to provide the mentorship and opportunities that may of these young athletes may not have previously imagined.  Through the dual pillars of sports and education, Coach Hayes pledges to be an integral part of uplifting his community, inspiring the next generation to chase their dreams and reach their full potential.
